Agreement for the provision of language courses (TEMPLATE)
Concluded between Szkoła Językowa BrainWash, ul. Sokolska 14, 40-086 Katowice (“the School”) and the Student whose details are given below (“the Student”).
§1. Subject
The School will teach the Student a foreign language in the course chosen by the Student, on dates agreed with the secretariat.
§2. Fees
The Student will pay for the lessons on time, according to the School’s current price list.
§3. Cancelled lessons
A lesson cancelled by the Student less than 24 hours before it starts counts as held.
§4. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice, in writing or by e-mail.
§5. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by the School Regulations and the Polish Civil Code.
This is an example agreement for testing. The School will provide the final text.
