Teachers

I hold a master’s degree in English Philology with a teaching specialisation. I will gladly help you learn, catch up on what you have missed, or prepare for the eighth-grade exam, a subject olympiad or the matura. I also prepare students for certificates such as Cambridge (PET, FCE, CAE), ACERT and IELTS. I have several years of experience with learners of all ages (mainly secondary-school students and adults) and with a wide range of educational needs. In my lessons you will discover, among other things, that English has only two tenses, that there are no words which mean nothing at all, that an ‘operator’ may well be the person operating a crane, and that the Present Perfect exists in Polish too and is alive and well. I am learning Russian myself, so I understand what learners need and exactly what they are up against. Films and series are my passion, and so is travelling, so we shall never run out of things to talk about.
